Amazing Spider-Man (1963-1998) #5

Dr. Doom hears a J. Jonah Jameson's news broadcasts regarding the menace of Spider-Man. Jameson offers a $1,000 reward to anyone that can disclose his true identity. Dr. Doom had just recently been defeated by the Fantastic Four and thinks that Spider-Man would make an excellent ally for revenge against the FF. Dr. Doom sends a message to Spider-Man through his spider senses which leads to an explosive meeting!
