After losing her mother at the age of 16 Koi now has to look out for herself and her little sister Kori. After escaping from her horrid foster parents with her sister in tow during a massive hurricane they relocate to St. Louis where the start a new life with the $20,000 left to them from their mothers life insurance. Life is better but money runs low and Koi has to make more money to support her and Kori. Meeting a man name Flats he gives her an opportunity to make some good money… Years later Koi’s all grown up and her and Kori are living the good life. Things with Flats goes south and Koi starts to spend time with a fly dude by the name of Ace… Their friendship grows into a romance, but Koi get warning signs from a friend that Ace ain't all he's cracked up to be… So are the rumors true is Ace the good guy that she thinks or is there more to him than she may really know?
