Blake Renfroe has been a bad boy… A fraternity boy at Queen’s Landing University, Blake has been caught running an illegal gambling ring on campus, and Chancellor Gregory Blackwell isn’t too happy about it. When Blake reveals his goal with the gambling scheme was to help raise money for tuition, Chancellor Blackwell offers Blake a very special scholarship.
