Honeymoon Disappearance

In late November, 1928 a young couple disappeared while attempting to run the Colorado River from Green River, Utah through the Grand Canyon to Needles, California. Newlyweds Glen and Bessie Hyde had spent months planning this adventurous, 7 week, honeymoon trip. Rather than fading with the passage of time, the mystery and intrigue of this story seems to grow with each passing decade. Rumors and theories are abundant.

"Glen" and "Bessie's" have popped up over the years, and the story was featured on Unsolved Mysteries. This short e-book looks at their lives as individuals and as a couple, traces their river trip, and examines the theories of what happened to this bright, talented, daring and charismatic young couple.
