PART 2 IS FOR INTERMEDIATE INVESTORS. It covers financial anlayses and legal matters. We will discuss oil and gas leases, oil and gas law, deal structures, economic evaluation of investment opportunities, oil and gas accounting, and federal taxation.

 
PART 3 IS FOR ADVANCED INVESTORS. It provides an 800-point checklist to use when you are evaluating oil and gas drilling investment opportunities.
