Lesotho Atlas of Sustainable Development

This atlas portrays, through a variety of 213 maps with analytical text, three critical dimensions of sustainable development, namely, longevity, education, and command of resources in terms of the specific indicators at the levels of districts, geographical zones, rural and urban areas and at gender level at a specific period of time.

The atlas serves an important tool for researchers, decision makers, planners and academia alike. It aims to present through maps and their analytical texts, a clear overview of current trends in the field of sustainable development in Lesotho. It demonstrates the position of specific problems, outlines the obstacles to effective solution and charts the way to overcome them.
