Logistics Support Training: Design and Development (Logistics Series)

This book aims to bring together information on the analysis, design and development phases of training and present them as a unified system (SAT). The reference is derived primarily from the Department of Defence, military standards and handbooks and includes chapters on needs assessment and analysis, the identification of tasks, developing job aids, the formulation of training objectives, putting together written test items and selecting methods and media amongst others. There are also examples of data collection, generic data form samples, a glossary and a bibliography of government specification documents.
