ONE STREET OVER

Sissy has always known hardship, but beginning at the tender age of ten, she will come to know heartbreak, boys, bullying and how to stand up to her biggest bully yet. Throughout her life with her parents and their tumultuous relationship, Sissy is in and out of church when daddy isn't drinking, She learns more about religion than she can process. At age 11, Sissy will soon enough discover all the changes that comes with puberty leading into young womanhood.
