Seeing My Time is an interactive workbook, with hands-on activities that teach the core concepts and strategies needed to develop the executive function skills of time management, planning and organization. The workbook allows participants to experiment with visual time tools while continuously reinforcing the self-reflection and self-awareness need to make lasting change. The Seeing My Time workbook is the backbone of the Seeing My Time program and becomes a personalized reference tool for each participant. NOTE: The workbook is not a stand alone product. It requires the instructions contained in the Seeing My Time - Instructor's Manual.
