“Packed & Ready" Volume 6 is an intimate travelogue of our twenty-six day journey to South America and cruise along the Antarctic Peninsula. We sailed out of Buenos Aires on the Star Princess, made landfall in the Falkland Islands, then continued south to the vast, desolate wilderness of the frozen continent. The ship carried its wide-eyed cargo on an astonishing voyage to Antarctica and through Iceberg Alley, then returned to “the world” and junketed to remote towns on the southern tip of South America and up the west coast. The cruise ended at Valparaiso, Chile, and we continued on to the capital city, Santiago, to spend a few days there. You'll share our adventures day-by-day, and with more than 100 photographs, you’ll see the grand spectacle we beheld on this awesome odyssey.
