THE AR-15 RIFLE: The Stark SE-2 SlingGrip and the Condor CBT Bungee Sling
Appropriate Prior Knowledge Level: Article is written for the entry level reader or reader with no prior or limited experience with AR-15 firearms.
An excerpt from the article: An example of my “simpler is better†approach is how I feel about rifle slings. I personally like the standard two point slings that have been used by our grandfathers, fathers and us for many, many years. I can buy a basic BlackHawk Universal Tactical Sling (1.25 ) for less than $10. They epitomize utility and function and serve any need I might EVER have. I recently decided that I was going to try out a single point sling. A single point sling is basically what the name implies. It is a sling that connects to a single point on the weapon. None of my AR-15 carbines were setup to take this type of sling and after some extensive research I became intrigued by the Stark Equipment’s SE line of grips. From what I saw and read the SE-2 series of grips appeared to be a very simple and functional grip and sling attachment system.
