The Takeover 2 picks up right where part 1 left off. Carlos is shocked to discover that someone he least expected may have had something to do with his vicious home invasion. After confirming it’s true, he vows vengeance against everyone, and begins to orchestrate it through the help of his nephew.

Turmoil continues to unfold around Shy as he gets into one thing after another. While laying low should be his first priority, he finds himself thrust right into the center of attention, and not for good reasons.

Tasha’s life begins to unravel as she finds herself caught between her loyalty for her Dad and her loyalty for her brother. Reasoning with her brother becomes more and more difficult as drama on the streets escalate from bad to worse.

Rich is caught in a rock and a hard place as his team goes to war with Shy’s crew. With neither of the two backing down, things get messier than anticipated, leaving him feeling guilty because of his loyalty to Shy’s sister Tasha. So far he’s managed to keep the beef a secret, but soon begins to fear the possibility of losing his love, over his dealings in the street. The icing on the cake comes when he is ordered by his superior to do a hit on someone far more closer to Tasha than he ever could have imagined.
