Madeline (Maddie) Conner hates the west. After long hours traveling west By train, followed by an uncomfortable stagecoach ride, the destination failed to impress her. What does however is the town's handsome marshal.

In the midst of a dispute between the upright religious townsfolk, and the brothel occupants, someone accuses Maddie of wanton behavior. If they only knew whom she was with, the town would never be the same again.
