The Must of Murder

While working on a magazine article about the trails of southern Tuscany, Leah Contarini inadvertently witnesses a murder. Her flight from the killer leads her into an ancient burial site and involves her in a web of twisted love that exists beneath the daily life and festivities of the hill town where Leah and her husband, Nick, are living for the year. Stalked by the killer and compelled by an angry incident at the local celebration of Epiphany and the discovery of a second murder, headstrong Leah sneaks off in early morning, against the admonition of Nick and the local Police Lieutenant, to search for clues on the trail. What she finds is a bullet --- and a crazy man not so crazy after all.
