Joe Shay’s job is to keep the peace between the Cheyenne Indians and the white settlers – and he’s good at it.

To make matters worse, a bounty destined for the Cheyenne reservation, on which the Indians depend for their survival, has gone missing.



With each side clamouring for retribution, and many calling for his own blood, will he be able to reinstate peace?



With everyone taking sides, can he, a lone man with a gun, deliver justice whilst also escaping with his own life?
