The Streetcars of San Francisco

San Francisco is home to the largest working collection of vintage streetcars in the world. One of the city's most recognizable and beloved attractions, the streetcar line which runs through the heart of the city serves more than 20,000 riders a day. San Francisco's Market Street Railway continues to collect vintage cars from all over the world and to lovingly restore them to service as part of this rolling museum that pays tribute to cities who have operated streetcar lines in the past and present.
