Tom Hooper is handsome, charming and smart. He is also a serial killer locked up in an institution for the criminally insane.



Mike Johnson is a career cop who now heads up The Unit, a small group of men and women tasked with stepping in to catch the killers no one else can.



When Tom approaches The Unit with information on body dumps Mike has no choice but to agree to work with him. It appears that all Tom wants is to atone for his past sins but can that really be all that he wants?
