Marcus survives the squalor he finds himself in only through the strength of the man he loves, Terrance. But the fragile walls the young couple built quickly come tumbling down. He’s forced to return home and deal with the mess he left behind. Navigating the wants and hopes of those who love him and meeting the expectations he has for himself prove to be the most difficult thing he’s experienced in his life. Torn between a recent past he longs for and an uncertain future that may offer so much, Marcus is lost. He can’t rely solely on his heart for direction or on his head. He is torn between the two paths they offer.
