While You're Here, Doc

Veterinarian Brad Brown never knew what to expect when he was called out to a farm to deal with a sick cow or an injured horse. Invariably the cash-strapped farmer would say, "While you’re here, Doc" and rattle off a list of surprise medical chores that weren’t part of the original call.
